At Tiny Planet, we believe in progress and creativity and are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team.
As a Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our growth by promoting and selling our products to customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, help them to choose their perfect van, make them in love with the idea of van life, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Occupation: Full-time. Part-time presence required at our production facility in Sacramento, CA
Responsibilities
- Generate sales announcements and manage listings across various RV sales marketplaces.
- Handle incoming leads and manage the sales process using CRM systems.
- Create email marketing campaigns for sales purposes, such as promoting new vans for sale.
- Collect and process leads from multiple sources, including email, social media, and website forms.
- Conduct Zoom calls with qualified leads to explain van features, the build process, provide estimates, and close sales.
- Organize and host facility tours and van demonstrations, ensuring potential customers experience the luxury and quality of Tiny Planet’s vans firsthand.
- Assist customers in selecting and finalizing van features, and prepare conversion service contracts.
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the van build process, providing updates, requesting payments per the contracted schedule, and addressing questions or concerns.
- Deliver completed vans to customers at the shop, conducting an in-depth walkthrough of all systems, including electrical, plumbing, heating, kitchen appliances, and off-road capabilities.
- Track and analyze sales performance based on key quantitative metrics.
- Become an expert in the product offerings and provide clients with detailed information on all aspects of the van conversion services.
