We are a young, innovative company at the forefront of the trendiest industry - van conversions. At Tiny Planet, we believe in progress and creativity and are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team.
As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving our growth by promoting and selling our products to customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, help them to choose their perfect van, make them in love with the idea of van life, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct presentations to demonstrate to potential clients the benefits of our products.
- Collecting leads from email, social networks, website forms and processing them
- Manage the sales process using CRM
- Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationship with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s services or products.
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
- Become an expert in our product offerings and serve as a go-to source for clients who want more information concerning our products
- Participate in expos as a representative of the company
- Research sales statistics and establish sales potential with new businesses in our target area.
